Since 1993, the BRZ has been helping 17 Ave SE be a one of a kind place to

Aptly named "International Avenue", the BRZ is a cosmopolitan strip of local businesses offering friendly service and exceptional quality. The BRZ works to enhance the vitality, enjoyability, and sense of place of the avenue.

A non-profit organization representing over 400 businesses along 17 Ave SE
